Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (lean) 1 can stewed tomatoes (chopped) 1 can tomato sauce 1 medium onion chopped fine 1 cup bell pepper chopped fine
1 can kidney beans (or pork & beans if you prefer) 2 or 3 TBS chili powder 1 TBS Cumin Dash or two of Worcestershire sauce 1 TBS prepared mustard 1 clove garlic Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
Brown beef and drain. Add all the other ingredients except the beans and cook slowly for about 2 hours. Add beans and cook another 30 minutes. Better the second day.
